• Short-form streaming content
• Productivity utility tools
• Custom software development services for clients

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and source code — are the exclusive property of SDBGVDSHOUL INC and are protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works without written permission

5. User Conduct

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA AND APPLICABLE U.S. LAW, SDBGVDSHOUL INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD IF NO PAYMENTS WERE MADE.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
